Reimagine-U provides online career and professional development guidance. Our AI-driven web application guides users step by step through a journey of exploration, reflection, decision making and planning. It provides rich personalized feedback, recommendations, food for thought, reports and resources to explore. Our program is complemented with live sessions, including webinars and Q&A sessions.

By accessing or using our app and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. User Account and Authentication

  • Google/Microsoft Account Integration: Our app utilizes Google/Microsoft accounts for user authentication, requesting basic information (your name and email address) to personalize your experience and email you feedback reports if you choose.

  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google/Microsoft account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Account Restrictions: Users must be at least 16 years old and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Personal Data: We collect basic personal information (such as your name and email address) from your Google/Microsoft account to authenticate you, provide our services securely, and email you personalized feedback reports at your request. Our web app asks you numerous questions to help you think and to provide sound recommendations tailored to your career development interests and needs. Your responses, including sensitive information, are treated confidentially and stored securely.

  • Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law or to protect our rights.

We strive to maintain the availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice (respecting the terms of paid services).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms.

Reimagine-U shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data and career outcomes.

Our feedback and recommendations are provided as suggestions for further thought and exploration. Part of these are created using generative artificial intelligence, which can be wrong, despite our best efforts to ensure quality output. You are responsible for all the decisions you make, including those regarding your professional life and career. Please verify all key information before basing important decisions on the output of our web app.
