    Paulo is a polymath who has worked in higher education, executive education, business, journalism, and documentary films.

    He coordinates and teaches executive education programs on professional development, leadership, change management and innovation. He was Assistant Professor at Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics, in Portugal, and Senior Lecturer at the University of Surrey Psychology Department, in the UK. His research on transferrable skills was published in top international journals. He has expertise in organizational behavior, intelligence and personality assessment, learning and professional development, research and data analysis. He has programming experience and closely tracks AI trends.

    His portfolio career has provided him with rich first-hand experience of career transitions and lifelong learning.

    B.A. in Economics and Ph.D. in Psychology, both from Yale University.

    Worked as consultant in the private sector and held several management positions at the Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics.

    As co-founder of Outsight, Ana is now dedicated to coaching and supporting top management teams.

    M.A. in Human Resource Management, licentiate degree in Sociology, and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from ICF.

    Over 20 years of experience as coach and organizational development consultant.

    As co-founder of Outsight, Joana coaches top management teams and executives, and designs and facilitates organizational development initiatives.

    As Invited Professor at Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics, she lectures on leadership in executive education programs and The Lisbon MBA.

    Having worked as management consultant for McKinsey&Co, she continues to collaborate with this firm as external advisor and facilitator.

    MBA (INSEAD), licenciate degree in Management, certified Conflict Mediator, certified Lead Facilitator, and certified Executive Coaching training (International Coaching Federation).

    A Python community member, Tiago is involved in several educational and training projects.
