Our program helps people of working age develop their career and thrive in a digital era. It is most useful if you already have some work experience or plan to enter the job market soon.

Our web app includes free sections that help you decide if our program is right for you: “Career Development Checkup”, “Program Overview” and “Orientation”.

Our experience spans coaching, career advising, talent management, recruitment, education, psychology, HR, business and IT.

We have personal experience of career development and career change, a belief in human potential, and a commitment to developing people.

Our app guides you through a structured reflection, planning and decision-making journey.

To get good feedback, please answer all questions honestly. Your responses are confidential. Don't skip questions.

Changing a prior answer: If you make a mistake, you can return to the previous question to correct it, using the PREVIOUS button (bottom left). However, you can only change your very last answer. To change a prior response, you’d need to restart with a different account or email us.

App response times: Our app usually takes us only a few seconds to respond to your input. Sometimes, however, we need to crunch a lot of data to provide good recommendations or detailed feedback reports. Then it may take us a minute to respond. Any good coach would take far longer. Please be patient.

After completing part of our program for free, you are asked to enter an authorization code to continue.

If you have been given access to our program through a partner organization, please enter your authorization code.

Otherwise, you can complete our program for a fee. See our learning plans / prices. Pay securely using Stripe. Our app takes you there.

Your payment will help us cover our costs and fulfill our social impact mission.

If you cannot afford to pay, please email us to explain your circumstances. You could help us improve our program by providing detailed feedback and participating in a co-creation interview instead.

Discussing your career development entails sharing sensitive information.

Your data are treated confidentially and stored securely - in compliance with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We don’t sell your data nor share it with third parties.

We don’t spam.

We recommend you log out of our app at the end of each session, especially if you use a public or shared computer.

For enhanced security and privacy, use a personal private device and log in with a personal account.

Our web app feedback and email reports are fully automated - no human in the loop.

You can have your data deleted at any time by emailing us at user@reimagine-u.org.

At the end of each section, we ask you if you wish to receive an email report summarizing our feedback, suggestions and recommendations. These reports usually include links to free online resources you can explore. They may also outline next steps.

You should receive our report within a couple of minutes after we send it. If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder (for the email account you used to log in).

We emphasize promising high-growth areas instead of traditional occupations.

We encourage users to explore opportunities for career development or career change related to digital transformation and the realms of data, digital and tech.

Data and digital skills can be valuable in almost any career, and open exciting and rewarding opportunities.

That said, our career development program goes beyond these realms.

In helping you explore upskilling and/or reskilling opportunities in our Orientation section, for example, we include options beyond the realm of tech.

Our Career Development module helps you identify areas of knowledge to invest in related to your current area of occupation.

Our Overcoming Challenges module - which helps you address goal clarity, time, learning, motivation and confidence issues – applies to any area of occupation.

And even though our Tech Explorer module is focused on opportunities related to tech, it covers areas such as creative arts and media, design, marketing, data, AI, and management – beside IT areas such as software development, systems and networks, hardware, security and support. Considering employment trends, we cover these areas with a technical angle –for example, focusing on: digital content creation; UX, UI and web design; and digital marketing.

We encourage you to try our Orientation section for free, explore further, and decide for yourself.

Our program is currently available in English.

Web browsers can translate text automatically into almost any language. Go to your browser settings and select the language or translation option. For example, on Google Chrome, click on the three-vertical-dots symbol in the top-right corner of the screen and select “translate”….. For detailed instructions, you can search the web or ask an AI chatbot such as ChatGPT.

Even diagrams can be translated using Google Lens, for example (an extension of Google Chrome).

Email clients such as Gmail can also translate our email reports.

The quality of translation is acceptable - not always great, but good enough.

Log in so we can we can send you an email report and retrieve your data next time. Otherwise you’d have to start all over again.

You can log in securely using a Google or Microsoft personal account. If you don’t have one, you can get one free - fast and easy.

For enhanced privacy and security, we recommend logging out at the end of each session and accessing our web app using a personal account and your own private device (instead of an employer account and a public or shared computer).

As part of our paid learning plans, we offer 2-hour, interactive, online, group question-and-answer sessions, led by a senior member of our team, with up to 18 participants. Each session focuses on a specific part of our program or module.

Clarify doubts, address your issues and concerns, and get further guidance. Get unstuck.

Let us know your questions beforehand. We don’t share who asked what. You will learn from others’ questions as well.

Sessions are usually scheduled weekly, on working days, end of day, London time.

Sessions can be booked via our web app. An authorization code (prepaid via our app or provided by one of our partners) is required to validate your booking.

Reschedule up to 2 days in advance; a written summary will be provided if you can't attend.

How much time you invest in your career development is really up to you.

Our program allows you to explore a range of possible futures, interests and concerns. It is meant to be completed over several weeks.

After every section of our program, you are encouraged to explore and reflect further on your own.

For this purpose, we will send you an email report including a summary of our ‘conversation’, a brief plan outlining next steps, and a list of curated online resources.
